As an Institutional Sales Executive/BDO, you will be crucial in ensuring smooth sales operations and maintaining strong client relationships. Your duties will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Acting as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, ensuring all queries are handled professionally and promptly.
Building and maintaining excellent rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
Sales Support & Coordination:
Assisting the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and required documentation for institutional bids and contracts.
Coordinating sales activities, meetings, and follow-ups to keep the sales cycle on track.
Order Processing & Tracking:
Managing the end-to-end process of institutional sales orders, from initial receipt to final delivery.
Accurately entering, processing, and tracking orders in the system, ensuring compliance with client specifications.
Monitoring order status and proactively communicating updates or potential delays to the client.
Computer Skills:
Maintaining and updating the client database (CRM) with accurate information.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Graduate (Mandatory), MBA (Preferred).
Experience:
1 - 2 years of proven experience in Sales Support, Coordination, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within Institutional Sales.
