Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through online/offline campaigns, cold calling, referrals, and fieldwork.
Contact potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule site visits.
Conduct property presentations and guide clients during site visits.
Explain project details including amenities, pricing, legal documentation, payment terms, etc.
Follow up with prospects regularly and nurture relationships.
Negotiate and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a customer database and report daily/weekly activities to the sales manager.
Stay updated with local real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
Support the marketing team during events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field)
Minimum 4-15 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate
Good command of
Telugu, English, and Hindi
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Confidence and a professional approach
Ability to work independently and in a team
Familiarity with Visakhapatnam's real estate market is a plus
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
