Sales Executive - API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients)
Qualification:
B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience:
1-3 years in API Sales / Pharmaceutical B2B Sales
Job Purpose
To drive sales and business development of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) by managing existing clients, generating new leads, and achieving revenue targets in domestic and/or international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell APIs to pharmaceutical manufacturers and formulators
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Identify new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
Prepare and follow up on quotations, samples, and commercial negotiations
Track inquiries, orders, and customer interactions through CRM or sales reports
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings as required
Required Skills & Competencies
Sound knowledge of APIs and pharmaceutical industry practices
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
1-3 Years of Experience in Similar Line
Open to Travel.
