Job Description

We're looking for a driven Sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience to grow revenue for our IT services. You'll own the full sales cycle--from prospecting and demos to negotiation and closing--while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

Identify and qualify new leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events. Conduct product/service demos and presentations; tailor pitches to client needs. Prepare quotes/proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet monthly targets. Maintain accurate pipeline updates in CRM; generate weekly MIS/forecast reports. Build long-term relationships with key accounts; drive renewals and referrals. Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, follow up on inbound leads, and gather market/competitor insights. Coordinate with delivery/operations to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Must-have qualifications

Education:

MBA (Marketing/Sales).

Experience:

1-2 years in B2B or B2C sales (IT/EdTech/services preferred).

Skills:

Excellent communication (Hindi/English), strong negotiation & objection handling, presentation skills, basic analytics/reporting.

Tools:

Familiarity with CRM, MS Office/Google Workspace.
