Sales Executive

to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom and understand their needs for mobile, computer, or electronic accessories. Explain features, specifications, and benefits of products such as headphones, chargers, cables, smartwatches, cases, speakers, etc. Recommend suitable accessories based on customer preferences and budgets. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the store's overall performance. Ensure all display products are neatly arranged, priced, and well-maintained. Keep track of stock levels and inform the manager about fast-moving or low-stock items. Handle billing, payment transactions, and maintain sales records accurately. Provide after-sales assistance and address customer questions or complaints courteously. Stay updated on new product launches, brand promotions, and market trends in accessories. Support the marketing team in executing in-store offers and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 12th pass; diploma or graduate preferred. Prior experience in

retail sales

(especially mobile/electronic accessories) is an advantage. Good communication skills in

Malayalam

and

English

. Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills. Enthusiastic, presentable, and target-driven personality. Basic computer knowledge for billing and inventory tracking. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Flexibility to work on weekends and peak sales days.
