We are now expanding our reach and seeking a motivated
Sales Executive
to join our growing team The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective clients.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM software.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, market trends, and potential product improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven 1- 5 years of experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or in a similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good with
Google Sheets / CRM tools
.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
