Sales Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through consistent sales outreach and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, networking, and market analysis.
Generate and qualify leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and phone calls.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
2. Cold Outreach & Client Engagement
Conduct

to potential leads and prospects.
Introduce company products/services and understand customer needs to offer suitable solutions.
Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person meetings to pitch offerings.
3. Sales & Conversions
Present company services to prospective clients and convert leads into paying customers.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate and close deals in a professional manner.
4. Follow-Up & Relationship Management
Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and maintain consistent communication.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and sales activities in CRM.
5. Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.
Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute to sales strategies and ideas.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
0-1 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Comfortable with

Proficiency with CRM tools (GoHighLevel) and Google Suite.
