Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients Present and promote products/services to prospective customers Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts in CRM systems Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer support) to ensure customer satisfaction Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
