Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and handle inbound queries from potential clients.
Promote services related to overseas education, immigration, or recruitment.
Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Convert inquiries into walk-ins and registrations.
Maintain CRM records and update client interactions.
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the team to develop and execute sales strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in sales/telecalling/customer service.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Punjabi.
Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
