Job Responsibilities
Promote and sell training courses and skill-development programs
Counsel students and parents via walk-ins, calls, and online leads
Handle inquiries and convert leads into enrollments
Maintain daily follow-ups and update lead records (CRM/Excel)
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Explain course details, fee structure, batches, and offers clearly
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth admission processes
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports
Keep track of market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Experience in sales, EdTech, or training institutes is preferred
Freshers with a strong sales mindset are welcome
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
