Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate leads through phone calls, emails, and online inquiries from the office.
Contact potential clients and explain product details, pricing, and offers professionally.
Maintain updated client records, quotations, and order follow-up sheets.
Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and production teams for smooth processing.
Achieve monthly target of minimum 20 qualified leads generated through consistent follow-ups.
Make at least 30 client calls per day to identify potential customers.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share them with the reporting manager.
Maintain good client relationships and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Handle workload with focus, discipline, and a positive attitude.
