Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented

Sales Executive

to join our team at our

Sector 6, Noida office (Work from Office only)

. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue through lead generation, client meetings, product presentations, and closing sales. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and contact potential customers via phone, email, or in-person meetings. Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients. Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and existing client accounts. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM. Participate in sales campaigns, exhibitions, or promotional events. Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance to the manager. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding of clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or telecalling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-driven, energetic, and self-motivated. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.

Must be able to work from the Sector 6, Noida office

(no remote work).
