Role Overview :
Work primarily to generate revenue for the company through direct / indirect sales.
Earnings depends on the value of sales achieved.
Identifying potential customers through cold calls, referrals, field visits and networking.
Negotiating prices to close deals.
Maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.
Commission-Based Earnings Structure :
No fixed salary.
Income is directly proportional to the value of sales completed.
Commission percentage is purely based on:
- Sales Volume
- Special promotions or incentive programs
- High performers can earn significantly more than in fixed-salary roles.
Performance Indicators :
Total sales revenue generated.
Number of new clients acquired.
Customer retention rate.
Quality of customer service and relationship management.
