The Sales Executive - Loans & Banking is responsible for sourcing and converting customers for banking products such as personal loans, home loans, business loans and other financial services. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and ensuring excellent service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads for banking and loan products
Explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility, and documentation to customers
Acquire new customers through field sales, referrals, and tele-calling
Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business
Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing
Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies
Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support
