We're expanding into welding and related industrial products and are looking for an energetic
Sales Executive
to grow institutional and B2B accounts. The role involves identifying opportunities, visiting factories/workshops/institutes, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Promote welding consumables, equipment accessories, and safety items to institutional buyers, workshops, fabrication units, and training institutes
Generate leads through field visits, calls, and online platforms
Prepare and present quotations, negotiate, and close sales
Coordinate with the supply/technical team to ensure timely deliveries and after-sales support
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and submit MIS reports
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate / Diploma (Mechanical, Industrial, or related preferred)
1-3 years of B2B / institutional sales experience (welding, fabrication, or industrial products preferred)
Good communication & negotiation skills
Self-motivated, ready for fieldwork, willing to travel within Kerala
