Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound wedding inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and email. Pitch tailored wedding photography and cinematography packages to clients. Understand client requirements, event details, and budget expectations. Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication. Maintain strong relationships with potential clients and follow up regularly. Coordinate with the creative/production team to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain records of leads, conversations, and conversions. Participate in meetings, sales planning, and strategy building.

Requirements



Minimum

2 years of experience

in sales (wedding or creative industry preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand client emotions and deliver a personalized pitch. Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM tools, and online communication platforms. Ability to handle multiple inquiries and follow-ups efficiently. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is a bonus.
