Job Title: Business Development Executive (IT Sales)

Key Responsibilities:
Generate Leads:
Identify and create new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and client meetings.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.

Presentations and Proposals:Present IT products and services to clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations.

Sales Negotiation:
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met.

Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback for growth opportunities.

CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM software.
Qualifications and Skills:

? Must-Have:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.

1-2 years of relevant experience in IT Sales or Business Development.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Basic understanding of IT services, software, or technology solutions.
Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset.
