Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Operations Management:



Account Management:

Handle customer account operations, including KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, account opening/closing, and updates.

Transaction Processing:

Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions (e.g., fund transfers, SIP registrations, redemption requests).

Compliance:

Adhere to regulatory guidelines (e.g., SEBI for Mutual Funds, RBI for Banks) and internal policies.

Documentation:

Maintain and verify client documentation, ensuring compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) norms.

Customer Support:

Address operational queries and resolve issues related to accounts, transactions, or services.

2. Sales and Business Development:



Client Acquisition:

Identify and onboard new clients for mutual fund investments.

Cross-Selling:

Promote additional financial products (e.g., insurance, fixed deposits, SIPs) to existing customers.

Relationship Building:

Foster long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized financial advice.

Market Research:

Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:



Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications like NISM (Mutual Funds) or AMFI are a plus.

Experience:

1-3 years in operations/sales within banking, mutual funds, or financial services.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in CRM tools, and MS Office.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Work Environment:



Office-based with occasional travel for client meetings Performance-driven culture with incentives for achieving sales targets.
