Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
- Understand client needs and provide customized real estate solutions
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client delivery
- Maintain accurate records and submit timely reports to management

Who We're Looking For:
- 2-5 years of sales experience in real estate, preferably in Kolkata
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
