Duties



Conduct outbound calls, including warm calling and telemarketing efforts, to generate new leads and follow up on existing prospects. Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales by establishing strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure successful sales agreements that meet client needs and company goals. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for strategic planning. Deliver compelling presentations of technology solutions and services tailored to client requirements, demonstrating technical knowledge and value propositions. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development initiatives. Maintain high levels of customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Experience



Proven experience in inside sales or technology sales, preferably within a B2B environment. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals effectively. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer information and sales activities. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly. Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling strategies that generate qualified leads. Knowledge of CRM tools, marketing techniques, and customer service best practices is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.
