We are hiring a Sales Executive to work with hospitals, clinics, and doctors for onboarding paid healthcare marketing services. The role involves client meetings, pitching packages for shoots, podcasts, and long-form informative videos, and closing deals.
Experience Required:
2-4 years in sales
CTC:
?20,000 - ?25,000 (plus incentives, based on performance & Transport extra)
Key Responsibilities
Revenue generation and monthly target achievement
Prospecting and qualifying healthcare clients
Client meetings, pitching, and onboarding
Onboard doctors for
paid packages
involving shoots, podcasts, and long-form informative videos
Relationship management with doctors and healthcare institutions
Preparing proposals and presentations (PPT)
Skills Required:
Good English communication (
spoken and written
)
Conversational Hindi and Bengali
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of digital marketing services
Good knowledge of
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
AI-savvy
and comfortable using AI tools
Exposure & Learning:
Direct interaction with
doctors, clinics, and hospitals
Experience in selling
healthcare marketing packages
Exposure to paid shoots, podcasts, and long-form informational video projects
Learning consultative sales in the healthcare sector
Eligibility:
BBA/MBA in related field
