Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, social media, and market research.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Understand client needs and match them with company services.
2. Client Engagement & Meetings
Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and client meetings.
Pitch business support solutions effectively and persuasively.
Follow up consistently to nurture leads and close deals.
3. Sales Conversion & Revenue Targets
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and pricing as per company guidelines.
Negotiate contract terms and close profitable deals.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Provide timely support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Escalate issues to the operations team whenever required.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain sales reports, CRM updates, and activity logs.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to management.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and presentation abilities
Knowledge of sales techniques and CRM tools

Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
Basic understanding of business support / BPO / service industry (preferred)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1-5 years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
Experience in service-based or business support companies is an added advantage
