Job Responsibilities - Sales Executive
Visit client sites for onboarding, requirement assessment, and relationship management
Conduct client meetings to understand needs, present solutions, and close sales
Handle company tie-up meetings with builders, contractors, and business partners
Represent the company professionally during field visits, meetings, and external interactions
Manage inbound leads from Meta Ads, Google, WhatsApp, and the company website
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain architectural and interior design services
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate client records and updates
Schedule client appointments and coordinate with the design and execution teams
Ensure smooth client onboarding and project handover through internal coordination
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
Achieve assigned sales targets and support overall business growth
Requirements
Female candidate preferred
Graduate in any discipline
Good communication skills in Hindi, Bengali, and English
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp
Ability to handle clients professionally and confidently
Punctual, disciplined, and target-oriented
