About the Role
We are hiring a confident, smart, and target-driven
Sales Executive
with strong communication skills and experience in digital marketing services. The candidate should be capable of handling emails, preparing proposals, and converting leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through calls, emails, social media, and on-ground activities.
Pitch digital marketing and IT products to potential clients.
Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
Send professional emails and follow-ups to maintain strong client communication.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain CRM records with accurate client and lead details.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1 year experience
in digital product or IT product sales.
Excellent communication skills
in
Hindi, English, and Bengali
.
Experience in
digital marketing services
, email communication, and proposal writing.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to understand and explain digital/IT solutions clearly.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools preferred.
