Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic
Sales Executive
with
1-2 years of experience
in sales, preferably in the education, ed-tech, or training sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into enrollments, and contributing to the company's overall sales targets.

Promote and sell ILeap's training programs to students, parents, and institutional partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets through effective lead conversion.
Identify new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
Conduct presentations, counseling sessions, and product demos for prospective clients.
Build and maintain relationships with students, guardians, and academic institutions.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM tools or internal systems.
Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience
in sales, preferably in the education, training, or Ed-tech industry.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales or Marketing is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Comfortable with fieldwork and client meetings as required.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
Salary:
?25,000-?30,000 with Incentives
