Job Description

1. Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

2. Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and challenges.

3. Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, understand on-ground requirements, and strengthen partnerships.

4. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

5. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

6. Collaborate with Senior and active the target goals.

7. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.

8. Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales forecasts and reports.

9. Candidates must be from lighting background.

10. Must have 3-4 years of experience .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
