We are looking for an experienced

Automobile Sales Executive

with a passion for cars and a proven track record in selling 4-wheelers. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales process, engaging customers, and promoting our latest range of vehicles. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional customer service, build long-term relationships, and contribute to the company's sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales and Lead Generation

: Actively prospect and generate new business through various channels, including referrals, repeat customers, and walk-ins.

Customer Engagement

: Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.

Negotiation and Closing

: Effectively negotiate and close deals in alignment with customer needs while meeting company targets.

Product Knowledge

: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle specifications, features, and pricing. Provide accurate information to potential buyers to assist in their decision-making.

Sales Reporting

: Keep track of sales activities, customer inquiries, and sales performance to meet and exceed targets.

Customer Relationship Management

: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing after-sales support and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Collaboration

: Work closely with the marketing and finance teams to create attractive offers and promotions for customers.

Market Insights

: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and new vehicle models to effectively position products and anticipate market shifts.

Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum

3-5 years

of proven experience in 4-wheeler sales (preferably in a dealership environment). Strong

negotiation

and

closing skills

. Excellent

communication

and

interpersonal skills

with a customer-first approach. Good understanding of the

automobile market

and product knowledge (including features, benefits, and industry trends). Ability to

work under pressure

and meet sales targets. A passion for automobiles and a genuine interest in helping customers make informed purchasing decisions. Proficiency in using

CRM software

and sales tracking tools.

Education:



A

Bachelor's Degree

in any discipline is preferred, though not mandatory. Any relevant certifications or training in automobile sales will be an advantage.
