Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory. Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product/service demonstrations. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Understand customer needs and provide suitable product/service solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of daily visits, leads, and follow-ups. Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and client servicing.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 1-2 years of experience in field sales, B2B/B2C sales, or marketing. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork. Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license. Familiarity with Kolkata geography will be an added advantage.
