Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activities.
Approach and meet prospective clients to present products/services effectively.
Prepare and deliver presentations or demonstrations to clients.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, marketing) for smooth order processing and delivery.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and client interactions in CRM or reporting tools.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
Provide feedback to management regarding market trends and customer preferences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience of 1-3 years in sales, business development, or customer acquisition (experience may vary as per role).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Target-driven and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as required.
