Key Responsibilities



Generate and close B2B sales

opportunities, focusing on corporate gifting, bulk orders, and business-to-business relationships. Engage with

corporate clients

, including companies looking for employee gifts, event giveaways, and premium corporate products. Build long-term relationships with

key accounts

and manage business partnerships with distributors, resellers, and suppliers. Proactively generate leads and convert them into sales by leveraging platforms like

IndiaMART, Alibaba

, and direct outreach.

Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets

with a results-oriented approach, ensuring consistent revenue growth. Ensure high-quality client servicing, timely order fulfillment, and seamless coordination with internal teams. Track sales activities and provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements



Education:

Minimum Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:

At least

2 years of experience in B2B sales

, preferably in retail, consumer goods, or corporate gifting.

Gender Preference:

Male candidates. Proven experience in

building relationships

and closing

B2B sales

. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions for long-term business success. Tech-savvy and familiar with lead generation platforms such as
