where you will be responsible for driving revenue, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate must have
3-5 years of FMCG sales experience
, strong leadership skills, and the ability to deliver under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Generate sales and achieve business targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies for revenue growth.
Conduct on-field sales activities, market visits, and client interactions.
Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and manage data using Excel.
Ensure achievement of sales targets worth ?50 crores in FMCG.
Motivate and guide sales teams to maximize performance.
Work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Requirements
Experience:
3-5 years in FMCG sales (preferably handling large-scale targets).
Field Sales:
Must be willing to travel, meet clients, and drive market expansion.
Leadership:
Proven ability to lead and deliver sales performance.
Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & sales reporting.
Communication:
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Track Record:
Prior experience handling ?50 crore+ FMCG sales is preferred.
Availability:
Immediate joiners preferred.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
