Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage strong relationships with clients in the steel industry. Drive consistent sales growth through new client acquisition and existing account management. Identify new business opportunities and market trends. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Engineering preferred). Minimum

2 years of proven sales experience in the steel industry

.

Excellent track record of achieving sales targets

. Competitive, self-motivated, and result-driven personality. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively as part of a team.

Compensation:

Full-time position.

Salary: ₹18,000 - ?25,000 CTC per month.

For highly eligible and proven candidates,

salary is negotiable (no bar for the right talent).
