Job Summary:



We are seeking a driven and results-oriented

B2B Sales Executive

to generate business for our tailoring and garment customization services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding corporate clients, wholesalers, institutions, and retail resellers in and around Kolkata. The role demands field sales, client relationship building, and meeting monthly targets that cumulatively add up to ₹5-10 lakh per month.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and acquire new B2B clients such as corporate offices, schools, retail stores, export houses, or uniform buyers. Pitch tailoring and garment production solutions tailored for bulk orders (uniforms, formalwear, customized clothing). Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and buyers. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as per assigned revenue goals. Coordinate with the production and tailoring teams to ensure quality and timely delivery. Conduct client meetings, product demos (fabrics, samples), and follow-ups. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry meets in the Kolkata region. Maintain daily sales reporting, lead updates, and client communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales (Garment/Fabric/Tailoring sector preferred). Strong local market knowledge of Kolkata and nearby industrial areas. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Target-driven and self-motivated with a passion for sales. Proficiency in Hindi, Bengali, and English. Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, Email).
