Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out and engage potential clients through site visits, calls, and referrals.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable real estate solutions.
Conduct property presentations, site tours, and close sales deals effectively.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up consistently to convert prospects.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales is
mandatory
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the local property market in New Town/Rajarhat is preferred.
Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and well-groomed.
Own two-wheeler and valid driving license will be an added advantage.

16,000 to 18,000 per month
