Objectives of the role:-
Identifying and qualifying potential leads through outbound lead generation methods such as cold calling.
Managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
Qualifying leads, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions aligned with the company's offerings.
Knowledge about the company's services.
Maintaining and updating the CRM with accurate customer and sales data.
Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Conduct service demonstrations and explain the benefits of the company's solutions.
Following up with prospects to build relationships and convert them into long-term customers.
Assisting in the development of sales strategies to drive business growth.
Handling objections and negotiating with potential customers to ensure a smooth sales process.
Providing feedback to management on market trends, customer feedback, and sales tactics.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, including calls made, leads generated, and deals closed.

Required skills and qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in customer service (B2B), with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Solid understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and using CRM software.
Understanding of lead generation and prospecting techniques.
Familiarity with using sales automation tools and platforms.
Knowledge of market research and lead generation techniques.
Expertise/Knowledge in the B2B sales process.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build customer rapport.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of the Indian market and its unique challenges.
Strong understanding of sales metrics and data analytics to refine sales strategies.
Ability to develop sales strategies and tactics tailored to specific industries.
MBA/BBA/Finance and related field to Sales and Marketing can also apply.

Proficiency in 2 Languages (English & Bengali or English & Hindi)
