Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across retail (General Trade) and

institutional channels (hotels, interior designers, boutiques, etc.)


Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and distributors


Conduct product presentations, in-store demos, and participate in trade

shows or events


Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth


Collect customer feedback and market insights to support product

development and positioning


Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to develop sales

materials and promotional strategies


Manage post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction


Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports to

leadership and sales support team.

Qualifications


2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in home decor, textiles, or

premium lifestyle products


Strong interpersonal and communication skills -- both written and verbal


Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets


Comfortable with field visits, client meetings, and on-ground activations


Knowledge of sustainable products or eco-conscious branding is a plus

(added advantage)


Self-motivated, well-organized, and customer-focused


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,804.10 - ₹29,000.57 per month
