Key Responsibilities
? Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across retail (General Trade) and
institutional channels (hotels, interior designers, boutiques, etc.)
? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and distributors
? Conduct product presentations, in-store demos, and participate in trade
shows or events
? Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
? Collect customer feedback and market insights to support product
development and positioning
? Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to develop sales
materials and promotional strategies
? Manage post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
? Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports to
leadership and sales support team.
Qualifications
? 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in home decor, textiles, or
premium lifestyle products
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills -- both written and verbal
? Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets
? Comfortable with field visits, client meetings, and on-ground activations
? Knowledge of sustainable products or eco-conscious branding is a plus
(added advantage)
? Self-motivated, well-organized, and customer-focused
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
