Identify and generate new leads through various channels such as
cold calling
,
telecalling
,
field visits
,
email campaigns
, and
online platforms
.
Conduct daily outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company's offerings and gather interest.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain an organized database of client interactions, follow-ups, and lead status using CRM tools
Attend in-person and virtual client meetings, representing the company professionally.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates to the Sales Manager.
Requirements:-
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Business, or IT).
1-2 years of experience in
sales

telecalling
, or
customer-facing roles
.
Willingness to travel for client meetings if required
knowledge of IT/software solutions
