Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our construction materials directly to builders, contractors, developers, retailers, and distributors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving field-based marketing initiatives, generating sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and building materials sector. Visit construction sites, builders, developers, and distributors regularly to promote products. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, site engineers, architects, and dealers. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations at customer sites. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to suggest improvements. Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, technical support) to ensure timely delivery and service. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales data, and reporting.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Knowledge of local construction market and customer base is an added advantage. Valid driver's license and ability to commute to different client locations.

Preferred Products Knowledge (Optional):

Roofing sheets, Concrete Mixture, lifting hoist machine, crash barrier, Scaffolding, Prop Jacks.
