We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell lubricant products across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lubricant sales with a strong understanding of the automotive and industrial lubricant market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage sales of lubricants through direct channels and distributor networks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with garages, retailers, transporters, and industrial users.
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
Execute field visits, product demos, and promotional activities.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit terms.
Track competitor activities and market trends to provide market insights.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and daily sales reporting.
Support distributors in order placement, stock planning, and branding execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (Science/Commerce/Engineering preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 2-5 years in lubricant sales or a similar industry (automotive oils, greases, etc.).
Skills:
Sound knowledge of lubricant products and applications.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
