Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Executive in Water Treatment to join our team. This is a mid-level, full-time role based in multiple locations: Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, and Ahmedabad. Candidates should possess a minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience. The position requires skills in water treatment and related industries, with an emphasis on building and managing strong customer relationships.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in water treatment, specifically in sales, is a critical requirement for this role.
  • Must have previous experience in the water industry and knowledge of water resource management (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in managing and growing customer relationships using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is essential.
  • Experience with water pumps and understanding their applications in different industrial contexts is required.
  • Demonstrated ability in lead generation, crucial for reaching sales targets and expanding market presence.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively present products and services to diverse clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting ambitious sales targets within specified timeframes.
  • Highly organized, with strong planning skills and attention to detail to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in the assigned region.
