Coordinate with domestic & export clients for orders, samples, and dispatches
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations
Follow up on payments and client feedback

Order & Dispatch Management:
Track orders from receipt to dispatch
Coordinate with production and logistics for timely delivery
Maintain dispatch schedules and ensure documentation compliance (especially for export)
3.
Customer Relationship:
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
Share product information, updates, and new launches with clients
4.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain sales records, order trackers, and client databases
Generate reports on sales status, pending orders, and customer satisfaction
Coordinate for export documentation like Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.
5.
Interdepartmental Coordination:
Collaborate with production, accounts, logistics, and marketing teams
Ensure all processes are aligned to meet customer requirements
