Generate new car sales through walk-in customers, field activities, and references
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Maruti Suzuki models
Explain product features, pricing, offers, finance, and insurance options
Conduct test drives and follow up with prospective customers
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Maintain customer database and ensure timely follow-ups
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Participate in showroom promotions, events, and local marketing activities
Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM records
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred
Experience: 0-3 years in automobile sales (freshers can apply)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented attitude with sales mindset
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems
Valid driving license preferred
