Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Executive with strong communication skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will manage inbound and outbound client interactions across voice calls, WhatsApp/text, and email, ensuring every client receives personalized guidance and timely support throughout their health journey.
Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential and existing clients via calls, WhatsApp chats, and email to explain AIWO's services, tests, and offers.

• Convert leads into bookings for wellness programs, consultations, and diagnostic packages.

• Maintain clear, empathetic, and professional communication across all channels.

• Follow up with leads, share reports, offers, and festive campaigns to drive conversions.

• Update lead details, follow-up actions, and customer interactions in Zoho CRM accurately.

• Coordinate with the marketing and service teams for seamless client experience.

• Handle post-service engagement and ensure client satisfaction and feedback collection.

Requirements
Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Preferred: Business, Life Sciences, or Communication).

• 2-3 years of experience in voice, chat, or email sales (Healthcare, Hospitality, or Wellness preferred).

• Fluency in Tamil, English, and Hindi (spoken and written).

• Strong interpersonal, listening, and persuasion skills.

• Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho preferred) and digital communication platforms.

• Positive attitude, empathy, and passion for health & wellness.
