Job Description

Saarathee is hiring EdTech Sales Associates for our upcoming STEMplify process. We proudly promote workplace diversity and actively hire persons with disabilities (PWDs). This is a remote, calling-based role where you will reach out to students and their parents to promote educational courses.

Essential Job Functions:

- Make outbound calls to students and parents to promote STEMplify courses.

- Explain course benefits and identify the right fit based on student needs.

- Use CRM software to manage leads, calls, and follow-ups efficiently.

- Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

- Maintain clear and accurate call records and status updates.

- Provide feedback to the team to improve processes and student engagement.

Qualification:

- Higher Secondary

Nice-To-Haves:

- Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn

- Prior experience in Ed Tech Sales or Academic Counselling is a plus
