Department: Sales - Vital Range (Shelf-Life Extension Films)
Reporting To: Director - Business Development
Role Summary:
We are seeking a driven and energetic Sales Executive to lead the growth of our Vital film
segment, targeting the fresh produce, cold chain, and agri-export industries. The candidate
should have experience in the agricultural supply chain or packaging sales and must be
comfortable managing field trials and technical discussions with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients in fresh produce supply chains (exporters, packers, cold storages, retail chains)
- Promote the Vital range as a value-added packaging solution to extend shelf life and reduce wastage
- Conduct on-ground trials and coordinate shelf-life testing with technical support teams
- Manage leads generated from exhibitions and industry outreach programs
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to product and marketing teams
- Maintain strong post-sales relationships to ensure client retention and referrals
Candidate Requirements:
- 2-4 years of B2B sales experience in fresh produce, agricultural packaging, or flexible films
- Exposure to MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging), cold chain logistics, or fresh exports is a strong plus- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey technical benefits to customers
- Willingness to travel extensively across India
- Degree in Food Technology, Agriculture, Packaging, or related field Compensation & Benefits:
