Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Build and manage relationships with retailers, distributors, and clients.
Collaborate with marketing teams on promotions, merchandising, and trade campaigns.
Monitor competitor activities and business environment.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and insights.
Ensure product availability and shelf visibility through regular field visits.
Negotiate pricing, deals, and contracts with stakeholders.
Requirements
Any Bachelor's degree .
Proven FMCG sales experience (1-2years preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical abilities for interpreting data and market insights.
Result-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable.
