KT Builders is a real estate developer in Vasai Virar since 50+ years. We are looking for onsite sales executive for a project located in Mandvi, Vajreshwari road, Virar.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Managing the entire customer experience for project from sales, marketing to hand over.
- First point of customer interaction on site.
- Show the property to the customers and explain details about the project enlisting, amenities,benefits, schemes,pricing, layouts, payments and possession timelines etc.
- Documentation and maintenance of customer database
- Customer engagement and follow up through calls/emails/social media using internal and external database.
- New lead generation using various sources
- Development and execution of marketing strategies
- Developing relations and interaction with brokers to create leads
- Daily reporting to owners about the progress on customer leads.
- Managing the entire process of possession of apartment hand over to customers
- Managing various documentation work like agreement, possession letter, notices etc.
- First point of contact for apartment owners for registering any issues/complaints
- Managing and resolving customer complaints and issues in co ordination with site supervisors
- Managing the regular maintenance and upkeep of the project premises.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- 2 years experience as sales executive for reputed realty projects
- Use of basic computer for documentation using MS word/excel, emails etc.
- Experience in documentation work for agreements, possession handover etc.
