The Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying prospective customers, presenting products or services, negotiating deals, and building strong client relationships. They act as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, working to meet sales targets and contribute to business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new sales leads through research, networking, cold calling, and field visits.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Build and maintain lasting relationships with existing and new clients through regular follow-ups and post-sale support.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals effectively.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and provide feedback to marketing and product teams.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote products.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and proposals customized for clients.
