Job Title: Sales Executive - Force Motors DealershipJob Summary



The Sales Executive is responsible for generating inquiries, meeting potential customers, understanding their transportation needs, and converting them into successful sales for Force vehicles. This role demands strong communication skills, field activity, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Target Achievement



Achieve monthly sales targets for Force vehicles (Traveller, Trax, Gurkha, Urbania etc.). Generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, and market activities. Convert enquiries into test drives, bookings, and deliveries.

2. Customer Handling



Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Force models. Arrange test drives and product demonstrations. Follow up regularly with hot/warm enquiries until deal closure. Maintain long-term relationships with retail and fleet customers.

3. Market Development



Identify potential customer segments (schools, travel agencies, corporates, logistics, government bodies). Conduct field surveys and competitor analysis. Participate in roadshows, displays, and local marketing events.

4. Documentation & Coordination



Assist customers with booking forms, finance, insurance, and RTO process. Coordinate with finance partners, CRM team, and delivery team. Maintain enquiry sheets, daily reports, and follow-up trackers.

5. Post-Sales Support



Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Address customer concerns in coordination with the service team. Promote accessories, AMC, and extended warranty.

Key Skills Required



Strong communication & interpersonal skills Good negotiation and convincing ability Field sales confidence Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools) Familiarity with local geography and customer segments

Qualifications



+2 / Diploma / Any Degree 0-3 years experience in automobile sales preferred

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
