Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our high-performing sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales of our automobiles. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing customer relationships, providing product knowledge, and delivering outstanding customer service. Your primary goal is to meet and exceed sales targets while upholding the company's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management: _Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable automobile models.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process._

Sales Target Achievement:_Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels._

Product Knowledge:_Stay updated on the features, specifications, and benefits of all automobile models. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products to potential buyers.
Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding vehicle specifications and pricing._

Sales Process Management:_Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closing the sale. Conduct test drives and presentations to potential customers.
Prepare and negotiate sales contracts and agreements._

Market Analysis:_Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Provide feedback to the Sales Manager on market dynamics and opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns._

Administrative Tasks:_Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
Prepare and submit sales reports on a regular basis. Assist in inventory management and ensure the showroom is presentable at all times._

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).*
Proven track record of successful automotive sales experience.*
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.*
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.*
Valid driver's license.*

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
